BizPro provides scoped support across finance, tax, corporate governance, data protection and practical AI. The answers below explain how an initial discussion, proposal and engagement are expected to work; the final answer for any business depends on its facts and the confirmed service scope.
Working with BizPro
What does BizPro do?
BizPro’s proposed services cover accounting and outsourced finance, Singapore corporate income tax, GST, corporate secretarial and governance, outsourced DPO and PDPA advisory, AI agents and process automation, and managed business technology. Availability is confirmed before engagement.
Who does BizPro work with?
The intended audience includes Singapore SMEs, owner-managed businesses, finance managers and foreign-owned Singapore companies. Fit depends on the work, timing, information available, professional requirements and capacity.
What happens in the first discussion?
BizPro will ask what has changed, what outcome is needed, what information exists, who is involved and whether a deadline is known. The discussion is intended to determine fit and scope; it is not itself a guarantee that an engagement will be accepted.
Will I receive a defined scope?
A proposal should state deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, client responsibilities, dependencies, fees and review points. Connected workstreams should remain separately identifiable.
How are fees determined?
Fees depend on the confirmed scope, records, complexity, responsibilities, review level, dependencies and whether historical remediation or specialist input is needed. BizPro does not publish an unverified universal price. The proposal should state the fee basis, what is included and what could require a separately approved scope.
Can BizPro support more than one service area?
Potentially. A business change may involve finance, corporate records, tax, data and systems. BizPro can map dependencies, but only confirmed items form part of the engagement.
Finance, tax and corporate support
Does BizPro provide statutory audit services?
This website does not state that BizPro Consulting Pte Ltd performs statutory audits. ACRA explains that auditing and reporting on financial statements are public-accountancy services requiring an appropriately registered public accountant. Any audit-related need should be discussed so that the required provider and engagement arrangement can be identified. See ACRA’s public accountant requirements and eligibility.
Can BizPro guarantee tax savings, filing acceptance or compliance?
No. Professional support can improve preparation and clarify issues, but outcomes depend on facts, complete information, client decisions, current law and regulatory processes. Current requirements should be checked against the relevant official guidance, including the IRAS corporate income tax guide and ACRA annual-return guidance.
Can BizPro take over from an existing accountant or corporate service provider?
BizPro may be able to assist after assessing fit, records, outstanding matters, required checks, access and responsibility cut-offs. A controlled handover is preferable to an immediate undocumented transfer. Corporate-service-provider work remains subject to the current framework described by ACRA’s Corporate Service Providers Act information.
Can BizPro work alongside existing advisers?
Potentially. With the client’s authority, BizPro can coordinate agreed information and dependencies with an existing accountant, auditor, lawyer, tax adviser, corporate service provider or technology provider. The proposal should identify each party’s role, communication authority and responsibility; BizPro will not imply that another adviser’s work has been reviewed or accepted unless that is expressly scoped.
What remains the client’s responsibility?
Clients remain responsible for complete and accurate information, business decisions, internal approvals, operating controls and the duties attached to their roles. The engagement terms should explain this for each service.
PDPA, AI and technology
Does appointing an outsourced DPO make the organisation compliant?
No. An outsourced DPO can provide ownership and practical support, but the organisation remains accountable for its personal-data practices, decisions and resources. See the PDPC Data Protection Obligations and PDPC DPO registration guidance.
Can BizPro automate any business process with AI?
Not every process is suitable. BizPro assesses the task, data, consequences, exceptions and required human review. A rule-based workflow or a process change may be safer and simpler. The IMDA Artificial Intelligence in Singapore resource and PDPC guidance on personal data in AI systems inform the governance review where relevant.
Will an AI solution always be accurate?
No. AI output can be wrong or inconsistent. Testing, approved data, human review, exception handling and monitoring are part of responsible use; current Singapore governance resources are available from IMDA.
Is managed hosting part of every engagement?
No. Managed technology and hosting is a supporting service only where it fits the confirmed need. Providers, ownership, security responsibilities, backups and service levels must be stated separately. CSA Cyber Essentials is an official reference point, not a claim that BizPro or a client is certified or secure.
Information, privacy and professional limits
What should I send through the contact form?
Send a short description of the issue and a safe way to contact you. Do not send passwords, identity documents, full accounting records, health information or other sensitive material through a general enquiry form.
Is an enquiry confidential?
BizPro handles enquiry data under the published Privacy Notice and approved access controls, but a general website message is not a secure document-transfer channel and does not by itself create an adviser-client relationship. Send only the minimum initial context. Confidential records should be shared only after acceptance checks and an approved transfer method are in place.
Is website content professional advice?
No. Website material is general information. Advice requires agreed scope and the relevant facts. The reviewed Website Terms explain this boundary.
How are professional credentials checked?
BizPro publishes a credential only after checking its current title, status, issuing body and any permission to display a logo or badge. Provisional credentials are not treated as final public claims.
How should I contact BizPro, and when will I receive a response?
Use the Contact page for a normal business-review enquiry and include any known deadline without sending sensitive records. BizPro will publish response hours or service commitments only after they are confirmed. The general form is not an emergency, regulator-notification or incident-response channel.
